Apple and Microsoft Duel Over iPod Patent |

 You gotta love this one... apparently Microsoft holds the patent for the control surface wheel that Apple uses on their  iPod music player. Apple waited too long to patent the idea, so Microsoft jumped in there and did it while Apple snoozed. That is just too funny.
It is unlikely that Apple will have to pay royalties for Microsoft over the patent... though, you snooze - you loose... I think they should have to to pay up! In the immortal words of Bugs Bunny, "What a maroon."
