File-Sharing Lawsuits Fail To Deter P2P Downloaders |

 The Electronic Frontier Foundation ( EFF.org), has released an analysis of the effect of the RIAA lawsuits against individuals over the last two years.
Stating that the RIAA seems to only sue a handfull of people every month or so, EFF has concluded that the lawsuits have not had any measurable impact on file-sharing over P2P networks.
It would seem that all the lawsuits do is present people with a financial hardship since they sue for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Ironic, when you consider that a person can download all the music they want legally for around $15 a month.
